James Dainard and his team take on a massive 7-bedroom zombie home with a terrible layout and a huge, rotting pool house in the backyard. Partner Andy has brought the project to James, hoping for a big payday if they can renovate and sell it quickly. Andy's flipped smaller houses before, but this is his first big project, and his stubbornness becomes a problem when it comes to managing the job site. James struggles to decide if Andy's attitude and the challenging pool house will make or break the deal.
