James Dainard and his team connect with Tyler, a first-time flipper with a lead on a zombie house they'll need to renovate from top to bottom. But entrusting such a big job to a newbie makes them question whether he can execute the plan on time and on budget. The house has serious layout issues and lacks sufficient bedrooms to push it over the $1 million mark, not to mention the sketchiest looking back deck with a hot tub that is more of a horror show than a hangout spot. Will Tyler's first flip be a smash success, or will James have to make Tyler's first flip his last?
