Overview
Eva and Martin moved from Prievidza to France eight years ago. After Martin ended his hockey career, they accepted an opportunity in the export of the region’s most famous product, champagne. Today, they live and work in the heart of this iconic wine region. Eva’s curiosity takes us to a workshop producing unique sweets and raspberry wine vinegar. On the way back from a snail farm, we visit a Czech friend who is now co owner of a luxury champagne house, where the drink flows as freely as water. Eva learns how to prepare croissant dough, and together they invite us into a French home for a shared cooking experience. Beyond the gothic beauty of Reims, this region is truly defined by its rich and celebrated gastronomy.
